Authors sending their texts to the magazine to be published do accept the terms and conditions of the review procedure. The main condition for the article to be published is its conformity with the magazine's profile. Texts received are being evaluated formally by the editorial board and then sent to two independent reviewers. The reviewers are not working in the same institution as the author of the article reviewed, and they do not stand in a conflict of interest with the author. As a conflict of interest is understood a situation when the reviewer is standing in personal ties with author (family member, co-worker, other conflicts), or cooperation with the author in the last two years. The texts are being reviewed according to the double-blind review procedure (authors and reviewers do not know each other names). Reviewers are not allowed to use their knowledge on the text before its publication. The articles are being assigned with a number, used further in the editorial work on the text. The author is being informed on the review's content and a further correspondence with the magazine's editorial board is possible regarding remarks or the qualification for publishing. The chief editor is making the final decision of the publication of the text. Review has to have a written form and has to end with a clear decision to publish the text. The editorial board does hold the right to send the text back to the author regarding further amendments and corrections. The rules for accepting or denying the publication of a text are published on the magazine's web page or in every issue of the magazine. Names of reviewers of each issue are not made public. Once a year the magazine publishes a list of co-working reviewers.
